
what's my deal?
Over the years, I've been fortunate enough to work on some amazing brands alongside mind-bogglingly smart, talented people. I've been smart enough to take full advantage of that and learn as much as I can along the way. Of the many things I've come to understand over the years, two things stand out:
1] The path to long-lasting brand success runs through the heart, not the head. If we aren't connecting with customers on an emotional level, the head will soon tune out. Feelings linger. Thoughts wander.
2] Effectiveness will always be found where an ownable, compelling, and differentiated strategy meets an elegantly simple idea.
